On March 29, 2010, Region 3 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order (SCAFO) to Penmar Solutions, Inc., located in Waynesboro, Pa., to resolve a case for noncompliance with Section 7(c) of FIFRA. The regulation requires any company with an EPA registered establishment number to submit a pesticide production annual report on or before March 1 of each year. Specifically, Penmar did not submit the 2008 annual ÂPesticide Report Form for Pesticide-Producing Establishments on or before the March 1, 2009, deadline.
