Cease and Desist Administrative Order issued for violation of the Clean Water Act. The violations were identified during a February 23,2010, inspection conducted by EPA. Respondent is to immediately cease and desist all discharges of pollutants into Ishmeal Branch and comply with all provisions of the AO.
