AO issued for violation of the Clean Water Act. The violations were identified during a February 9, 2010, inspection. the violation found included, but are not limited to, failure to prevent an authorized discharge to waters of the U.S.
Effective immediately, the respondent shall immediately cease and desist all discharges of pollutants into Chaffin Creek and comply with all provisions of the AO.
