This Notice of Violation is issued to the Utah Department of Environmental Quality for violations at the Gunlock Special Service District. These violations include failure to monitor for nitrate, total coliform, lead and copper, inorganic compounds, pesticides, and disinfection byproducrs. Failure to provide public notice of the violations and failure to report the violations to the State.
