AO based on a February 10, 2010, inspection conducted by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry. The violation alleged, but are not limited to, the failure to update/document the attainment of best management practices used to utilize the facilities nutrients and effluent limitations to assure compliance with the permitÂs conditions.
