Respondent was inspected on May 19, 2009 and found to be using three PCB transformers that were registered late. They also were found to be storing four PCB transformers for disposal longer than one year, and their annual documents were incomplete. Respondent was issued a Show Cause letter on November 24, 2009. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty and remove the unauthorized PCB transformers.
