Violation: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source which discharged a pollutant to a waters of the US. The facility was inspected by the EPA on August 21, 2009, and February 2, 2010. During the inspection the EPA inspector had observed where the facility had discharged oil field brine to Little Hominy Creek.
