This is an administrative penalty action under an expedited settlement agreement pursuant to Section 312 of EPCRA issued to Foremost Foods, Inc. The violations involve failure to provide annual chemical inventories to the SERC, LEPC and the fire department with jurisdiction for the reporting years 2007 thru 2009.
