On June 21, EPA Region III filed an Administrative Complaint against Chemical Equipment Labs, Inc. for failure to timely submit the requisite documents to the SERC, LEPC, and the Local Fire Department for hazardous and extremely hazardous chemicals that were present at the facility for calendar year 2007.
