This Emergency Administrative Order is issued to Rocky Boy's Water Resources Department and is intended to ensure that, as repairs are made to the Newtown water system and service is restored, the water reaching customers is safe to drink. EPA recognizes that extreme weather, and not any negligence on the part of the Tribe or Water Resources, has created these conditions. The emergency was reported promptly and we appreciate the hard work underway to correct the problem.
