This Administrative Order is issued to the Lambert County Sewer and Water District for failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, failure to collect a repeat sample after a positive total coliform sample, failure to monitor for residual disinfectant, failure to monitor for nitrate, failure to monitor for lead and copper, exceedance of the fluoride MCL, failure to prepare and deliver an annual Consumer Confidence Report for calendar year 2008, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to the State.
