The Administrative Order issued to Greenville NH on August 13, 2010 addresses violations of the total phosphorous, total recoverable copper, and total recoverable aluminum limits contained in the Town's NPDES Permit. The Order requires Greenville to, by not later than December 31, 2001, complete and submit a wastewater treatment facility upgrade facilities plan with recommendations and a proposed schedule to achieve full NPDES Permit compliance as soon as practicable but no later than February 28, 2014.
