EPA's removal branch received a request to test a dump site located on two adjacent properties in Byram Township. NJ DEP suspected that these dump sites were the source of TCE contamination of the ground water. One property owner provided access voluntarily, the other refused access. A unilateral order for access was issued to allow sampling on this property.
