EPA Contractor's inspected this facility on December 16, 2008 and noted the one UST was not upgraded to meet federal 1998 requirements. EPA staff reviewed the inspection checklist, issued and Information Request Letter. Respondent confirmed not complying with federal upgrade and release detection requirements for one aviation fuel UST.
