## Summary

On June 28, 2010, the Consent Decree was entered by the Federal Court (E.D. Pa.).  The Consent Decree provides for a payment to the Superfund from the Judgment Fund on behalf of the Department of Interior and a payment to the Superfund from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in resolution of the liability to EPA for past costs at the site.
