## Summary

The Consent Decree with O'Neill Property Group was lodged with the Court on March 23, 2018.  Under this Consent Decree O'Neill will take over responsibility for the RD/RA on these parcels, as well as to pay EPA for certain interim and future oversight costs.  O'Neill has received the final land use approval from Upper Merion Township to construct residential housing on the Quarry 1 parcel.  EPA anticipates that the Final Remedial Design to cap these quarries will be submitted in April.  EPA previously modified the Record of Decision to permit this type of land use.
