'This is a second round deminimis settlement for the Malvern TCE Superfund Site.  Site was location of solvent reclamation operation from 1952-1993.  TCE was released into soils groundwater.  In 1999, EPA has entered into a consent decree with 235 parties to perform remedial design/remedial action.  EPA also entered into a first round deminimis settlement in 1999, with 160 parties.'
