EPA and Griffin entered into the RCRA 3008(h) Administrative Order on Consent to perform a RCRA facility investigation to determine the nature and extent of any releases on the Thomas Road Landfill facility. Thomas Road had been used by Griffin as a landfill for its baghouse dust waste.
