Respondent stored three (3) 55-gallon containers in a permitted area of the facility of hazardous waste for more than one year in violation of its permit. Respondent stored at least one 55-gallon container of hazardous waste in the Heat Exchange Bundle Cleaning Area of the facility without a permit and without qualifying for interim status.
