This Administrative Order is issued to the Town of Hudson for failure to install filtration and disinfection; meet the filtration avoidance criteria or discontinue use of its current source after the source was determined to be fround water under the direct influence of surface water; failure to monitor for disinfection by products in 2004; and failure to notify EPA of the failure to monitor disinfection byproducts.
