This Proposed Order and Penalty Complaint is issued to K2 America Corporation for failure to timely report monitored and recorded observations of injection pressure, annulus pressure, flow rate, and cumulative injection volume for their class II injection well. Respondent is also in violation of their UIC permit by failing to timely submit analytical results of a fluid sample collected analyzed, at least, for pH, specific conductivity, specific gravity and total dissolved solids.
