An EPA inspection performed at the facility on May 1, 2006, located SE-30-29N-11E, Osage Co. OK documented a violation to the Clean Water Act. Specifically the unauthorized discharge of brine to waters of the US. An Administrative Order was issued to cease all discharges and remove the brine from the impacted water body.
