This expedited consent agreement is issued to Braden-Deem, Inc. for the unauthorized discharge of an undetermined amount of oil into an unnamed wetland that flows into Cooper Creek, which is a tributary to Cooper Lake. Respondent also admits that they failed to prepare and implement a Spill, Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan for it's Cooper Cove Muddy-Dakota Battery No. 1 facility.
