A Cease and Desist Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent for the unauthorized discharge of brine to waters of the US. A May 25, 2006 inspection documented the discharge of brine to a tributary of Turkey Creek. The Order is requiring the Respondent to cease all discharges of brine and remove the brine from the tributary.
