A Cease and Desist Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent for the Unauthorized discharge of brine to waters of the US. A June 1, 2006, inspection documented brine had been discharged from the Respondents facility to a tributary of Eagle Creek. The Order is requiring the Respondent to cease all discharges of pollutants and remove the brine from the tributary.
