This complaint and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing is issued to the Summer Night Oil Company for failure to demonstrate and maintain mechanical integrity; failure to submit a step rate test for the well; for injection over the Maximum Allowable Injection Pressure; and for the late and incomplete submission of their 2005 Annual Report.
