This Settlement Agreement provides for the performance of a removal action by Respondent. Specifically, Respondent will erect a galvanized chain-link fence to run along its site boundary with a trailer park, place warning signs, restore any property impacted from the fence installation, prepare a plan to restrict access, and prepare a maintenance plan.
