VIOLATIONS: The RespondentÂs oil field facility was a Âpoint source Âdischarge of Âpollutants, specifically oil field brine (produced water), to the receiving waters of a tributary to Cowskin Creek, located at 36.2212° North latitude and 96.4134° West longitude, Pawnee County, Oklahoma. The discharge of brine was documented during an inspection conducted on May 18, 2006.
