On October 27, 2005 Glassman High Voltage Inc., disclosed possible violations to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) pursuant to EPAs ÂSmall Business Compliance Policy [FRL-6576-4] (known as the ÂSmall Business PolicyÂ), effective May 11, 2000. In the disclosure, Glassman High Voltage Inc., located 124 West Main Street in High Bridge, New Jersey 08829 indicated that it had failed to file Form R reports, in a timely manner, for lead for reporting years 2002 to 2004 in violation of 40 CFR Part 372.
