The violation involves failure by the Company to comply with the planning and reporting requirements of the Bioterrorism section of the SDWA. Section 1433. The Order requires the submission of a Vulnerability Assessment, a Vulnerability Assessment Certification and an Emergency Response Plan Certification by approximately September 30, 2006.
