On January 5 and January 6, 2006, New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services inspectors conducted an inspection at the Facility. Respondents violated 40 C.F.R. Part 61, Subpart M by failing to maintain the asbestos containing material adequately wet until collected or contained for disposal.
