1) EPA conducted an inspection of Respondent's facilty, located at 8375 East Mainn St., LeRoy, NY on April 16, 2003. 2) The inspection revealed that: a) Ten floor drains within the auto body repair shop lead to a leachfield. b) The floor drains receive vehicle runoff. c) The floor drains contained fluid. d) The facility utilizes injection wells as follows: to dispose of car run off from within the auto body shop. Relief requested: Closure of UIC and Report submittal to USEPA, Proposed Compliance Penalty Order issued on 2/27/06, informal conference held on 3/23/06 Respondent accepted Order and agreed to close drains and sample leachfield. Public comment priod closed on 3/27/06. No comments received.
