This is an AO pursuant to the SDWA issued to the California Correctional Center The violation involves failure by the Center to comply with the planning and reporting requirements of the Bioterrorism section of the SDWA. Section 1433. The Order requires the submission of a Vulnerability Assessment, a Vulnerability Assessment Certification and an Emergency Response Plan Certification by approximately September 30, 2006.
