VIOLATIONS:  The Respondent's oil field facility was a  point source   discharge  of  pollutants,  specifically produced water, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Duck Creek, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 16 North, Range 13 East, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma.  A July 12, 2006, EPA inspection documented the discharge of brine from the facility. 

RELIEF:  The Order specifies that the Respondent should also take steps to cease all discharges of pollutants; take the necessary steps to prevent future discharges; and to neutralize or remove contaminated soils.
