Docket No. 94-09-R Termination and Satisfaction of the AOC, the EPA has determined that except for the requirements of Section XIII: Record Preservation, the requirements of the AOC are deemed satisfied and the AOC is hereby terminated. Gaston Copper is required to maintain compliance with Section XIII: Record Preservation, of the AOC for a period of at least six years following the termination of the AOC.
