ARK FISHERIES, INC., TO PAY $55,000 PENALTY FOR CLEAN WATER ACT VIOLATIONS. On April 19, 2011, a Consent Agreement and Final Order was filed to settle alleged Clean Water Act (CWA) violations by ARK Fisheries, Inc. at its Tunnel Creek facility, related to its failure to submit timely discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) and for NPDES permit effluent limit violations. The terms of the settlement require ARK Fisheries, Inc. to pay a penalty of $55,000.
