This is an administrative penalty action pursuant to Section 312 of EPCRA issued to Unity Development Corporation, Tamuning, Guam. The violations involve failure to provide annual chemical inventories to the SERC, LEPC and the fire department with jurisdiction for the reporting years 2006 thru 2008. Under the EPA's Enforcement Response Policy and Expedited Settlement Agreement Policy,the penalty assessed was $2,000. The facility came into compliance within 45 days of notice of violation.
