## Summary

Respondent's Oil Field facility was a point source discharge of a pollutant to waters of the US. The facility was inspected by the EPA on July 30, 2010. During the inspection the EPA observed where the facility had discharged oil field brine and oil, generated by oil production activities, to a tributary of Witcher Creek.
An Adminitrative Order is being issued that requires the Respondent to do the following: cease all discharges from the facility; remove brine and residual oil from the tributary of Witcher Creek; and certify to EPA within 30 days of the Order's date that these reqirements have been completed.
