Requests that the Department of Justice participate in negotiations aimed at reaching a settlement with Defendant, pursuant to which the Defendant will perform the remedial design/remedial action (RD/RA)for OU2, will pay future response costs incurred by EPA in overseeing implementation of the OU2 remedy and will reimburse EPA for past costs incurred with respect to OU2.
