This Administrative Order is issued to Ronald and Audrey Wilson, owners of the H Bar J Saloon and Cafe for failure to take repeat samples after being notified of a total coliform positive sample, failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, failure to monitor for nitrate, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to the State and EPA.
