This Administrative Order is issued to Chrysler-Dodge Country for failure to monitor for synthetic organic contaminants, failure to monitor for volatile organic contaminants, failure to monitor for lead and copper, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA and the State.
