This Emergency Administrative Order is issued to the Southern Ute Indian Tribe for violations at the Lake Capote Recreation Area. On 8/12/2010, EPA was notified that the Lake Capte Recreation Area water system obtained one E-coli positive sample from monitoring on 8/9/2010 and a second E.-coli positive sample from monitoring on 8/11/2010. This may pose an imminent and substantial endangerment to persons served by the system.
