Violation: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source which discharged a pollutant to waters of the US. The facility was inspected by the EPA on three separate dates. Each time the facility was inspected by the EPA an unauthorized discharge of oil field brine to a tributary of the Deep Fork River was observed.
Relief: An Administrative Complaint proposing a penalty is being issued to the Respondent for the alleged violations.
