Administrative Order issued for Secion 112(r)(1) of the act 42, which requires owners and operators to design and maintain a safe facility taking such steps as are necessary toprevent releases of extremely hazardous substasnces. Order: Fix,repair, or replace the leaking component that led to the unpermitted releases of an extremely hazardous substasnces as described in paragraph four (4) upon receipt of this order. Para. four (4): on 9-09-10, EPA inspectors observed an unpermitted release of pollutants from a tank hatch at the South slop tank uitlizing the FLIR Gas Finder infrared Camera.
