This is a Compliance Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) issued to owner/operator of commercial-industrial steam generating units for violations of the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS). This is in response to a previous CAFO (CAA-02-2008-1220), issued on July 21, 2009, requiring Respondent to complete an audit of all properties to evaluate compliance with 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart A and Subpart Dc. Violations found during that audit have resulted in this CAFO.
