This Expedited Consent Agreement and Final Order is issued to AAOm Inc. for the unlawful discharge of approximately 60 gallons of diesel fuel and 3,174 cubic yards of asphalt mixed with sand and gravel into Clear Creek and/or its adjoining shorelines.
