This Administrative Order is issued to Brent Shaw, owner of the Armstead Campgound, for failure to monitor for tubidity, failure to treat the system's water for Giardia lamblia, failure to provide at least 99 percent removal of Cryptosporidium between a point where the raw water is not subject to contamination by surface water runoff, failure to monitor for residual disinfectant, failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to the State.
