Site inspected by EPA in July 1999. Owner notified of violations of 40 CFR 761 in a letter dated 11/2/2000. EPA inspected the site again in response to a citizen complaint on 8/22/2007 and found same violations identified in 1999. EPA sent pre-filing letter to owner but no settlement was reached during the pre-filing period.
