This Administrative Order addressed pH violations for the discharge from the Phoenix Coca-Cola Bottling to the Tempe sewers leading to the Kyrene Water Reclamation Plant. This AO was issued concurrently with an AO to the City of Tempe regarding the source control into Kyrene.
The Kyrene Water Reclamation Plant underwent closure in 2010.
