This enforcement action addresses deficiencies in the protection of the Kyrene Water Reclamation Plant from industrial wastewater discharges into the sewer system. This administrative order was issued in concurrence with an AO for the Phoenix Coca-Cola Bottling plant in Tempe. This AO required additional monitoring at the Kyrene WRP, develop technically-based local limits, revise the enforcement response plan, and review the inventory of industrial users into the Kyrene WRP.
